I have been lifting weights for almost 5 years, why my resting heart beat is between 55 and 60 whereas the internet says the normal heart rate is between 60 and 100

It's know fact that atheletes has less basal heart rate., Which is body compensation mechanism.,
Unless is having complaining of chest pain , palpitations , breathing difficulty .. u don't have to worry about that.
It's also advisable to monitor every year - 2 years to rule out
1)ECG 24 hrs - HOLTER to see if ur having electrical disturbances in heart.. which is also common in atheletes
2) ECHO to role out HOCM which is constriction of heart outflows - HOCM is one the most common cause of sudden cardiac death in atheletes
