Since day before yesterday I have pain in my right arm and shoulder so I get my ECG and Echo done. I request you to please check my ECG and echo report and please tell if there is any serious problem in my heart. PLEASE TELL ME PLEASE.

I am Male 23 years old with no family history of heart disease or diabetes Hieght 169 cm weight 76.8 kg. Couple of months ago, I had an episode of with sinus tachy later on I followed several test such as 2D echo, Thyroid, chest xray blood test. Almost all the test came out to be normal. However there were couple of uncertainties with liver function- SGOT slightly elevated and low sodium level. The reports are attached. Now as for the problem I recently have my entire body aching its been almost 2 months my weight was 85 kg I was advised to workout and i did lose weight but now i feel tightness in my chest and pain in arms and legs, what may be the cause of this the pain is sometimes accompanied by upper left and lower left abdomen pain. My doctor ruled out heart problems and said these may be due to anxiety. Thank you for reading patiently

My mother sgot and sgpt is increased along with uric acid and ESR and infection in blood (pus cells in blood) .and bilrubin is increased slightly with points. Doctor said that she has may be problm due to heart disease . Is sgot and sgpt increased due to heart problem?

Can ECG detects angina?how often should we get ECG?incase of minor or dull pain also need ECG?without having any other symptoms

My mother has problem of aortic stenosis and the problem is severe. Doctor has recommended to get valve replacement Surgery done.
