  4. Chest pain. Here uploading ecg an echo!

Chest pain
It's been almost 1 year i keep getting chest pain like poking, tightness, not even single day where i go without chest pain..it's not continuous comes for few seconds an goes an comes again every day .. i get countless burp an throat an stomach burning..have done echo an more then 15 ECGs met 3 cardiologists all saying normal.. i face anxiety an weird feeling in body an head since 1 year.. Here uploading ECG an ECHO
