From last few months i am feeling breathlessness and my hr always above 100 currently on ivabradine. From 2 days the breathlessness is more.

I have a problem of tightness in right leg since 5 months also neck pain since 2 years I have gastric problem acidity since 3 years sometimes my heart beat increase own it's own nd back to normal on its own am tensed am only 29 year female

Hi Doc, In my 24 hr holter it was detected to be ~8% of supra-ventricular ectopic beats. Rest all were normal. Echo normal. No TMT done. Doc advised to take concur 5 mg for 6 month. I am taking 2.5mg from 1 month and feeling fine. No new symptoms no complaints as such. My question is can I stop the medication as I am worried that prolonged use of this might cause dependency. There was No symptoms before too. It was detected in ECG which was part of regular health check up. Please suggest! Attached my holter report for reference

I am 29 year old. My resting heart rate is 50 to 60 most of the times.  Some times while checking in the morning when I get up it shows like 46,48. My heart rate during running (around 2 km) is 160 - 170. While going for walk its 90-120. My ECG reports are normal. What can be the reason for this low resting heart rate? Is that normal?

Hello, Last year in April I got mild covid. Was under home isolation and I recovered without any hospitalization. From October as my physical work resumed I noticed that I was sweating a lot. Even in cold winter days of Dec-Jan I used to sweat like temperature was 40°C. Even till today, in pleasant monsoon weather I sweat a lot. What could the problem be? Is it heart related or something else?

I have been diagnosed with autonomic dysfunction. And now a days i have been diagnosed with cardiogenic pulmonary edema. My LVEF is 60% But still doctor has doubt that my heart is having strain and pulmonary edema develops as left heart pressure goes up. Can autonomic dysfunction cause this type of problem?
