M having fever nd throat infection.. m a high BP patient but at present bp is normal.. fever is also controlled.. but my pulse rate is 125 since 4 hours. It is fluctuating.. is it serious

I am facing issue of high heart rate.Sometimes it went above 100 and if I walked even for 5 min immediately it reaches to 120-130. And if on doing little exercises,it reaches to 150 as we'll. I have already done 2d echo and tmt but doctor said it's normal.so what is reason for this? Any additional test can be done to dignose it. How to prevent it.

My heart is really beating fast and it sometimes affects my daily routine. Sometimes my bp reaches 120-130 in between. Sometimes 100-110 and sometimes 100 ( According to the oximeter ) I feel really tired and facing sleeping issues too. I have recently lost weight too due to unknown reasons. I lack focus now. What can be the possible reasons? Doctor got my ecg done 20 days ago attaching the reports.

One month ago i had a tachy sinus but later for one month i have been having pain on my left arm and both legs more frequently on the left side there have been couple of occasions where my body jerked just on the left side I did an 2d echo and report came out to be normal I also did a blood test my RBC count was 6.1m and S.G.O.T (AST) was 39 my serum sodium was 133. My feet remain cold all the time. I did a chest x ray which was also normal. I feel weakness all the times and have abdominal cramps.

Hi I am taking concur 2.5mg from last one month for ectopic beats. Planning to stop now. How should I go about stopping this? What is the best way to taper? Please suggest!

Took 2 tablets of triolmesar ch20 instead of triolmesar ch 40 is it same? Is there anything to be worried?

Hello from last 2 days i m getting sweet chest pain in left side lasting for just 2-3 seconds after every 5-10 minutes! Pain is coming on exact place usually and it's sweet sort of pain! Do irregular heartbeats causes this type of pain? In past i have done ECG TMT ECHO all came normal,I got cardiophobia! Please suggest thanks

I was met an accident today in a car but it didn't heart but due to fear I feels that heart is beating too fast. Came home and check after rest it is 102 and BP is 127/79 after that I took Indreal 10 tablet which I was taking earlier for palpitation but heart rate is still same 100. I checked my ECG two days ago and doctor told it is ok. I am tensed is there any heart related problems occur during accident like situation. I am completely fine without any injury and I was on back seat.

I feel tightness in the middle of left side of  chest. Sometimes I feel breathing difficulty while lying down flat and tightness in chest. I was covid positive 1 yr ago. I get panic attacks for no reason. What should I do?
