Is any chest pain a sign of heart pain ? How to justify heart pain? If we are facing mild chest pain, then it is a sign of heart pain? How to have a healthy heart ? Diet, walking etc Ecg and echo normal and no family history of heart attack and no bad habbits like smoking and drinking.. Colestrol normal, thyroid test normal... Mild chest pain for the last 7 months , sometimes on the right side and sometimes on the left side... Pain is like a twitching type... Worried about my health.

In morning took one tblt at 150/100. Before 1 hr was fine. Now its coming as 140/100. Can i eat another now

Hello Dr. I am 35 years old now. I am a sportsperson. I am suffering from heart beat miss since last 3 years. just recently 15 days ago my heartbeat felt like miss i immediately reached hospital within 15 minutes time it was normal to have ecg done after that i reached hospital in 1 hour second that 3 stage echo and tmt happened that was also normal often eat some heavy thing If it comes in then it is a problem please give me some solution i have done 4 times eacho 2 times tmt  many times ecg many times 

Dear Doctors, I am having constant upper back pain, chest tightness & pain for last 7 months, initially consulted ortho (Dec 2021) they said pain is bcaz of poor posture & muscle spasm. While having pain killer & physio felt better but again the next day getting same kind of pain. Visited cardiologist (Mar 2022) for fast heart rate, he took ecg, 2d echo, tmt, chest x ray & lipid profile test. Except borderline cholestrol & BP all the tests comes out normal doctor said have to reduce weight (110kg) and lifestyle changes. Taking BP pills Prolomet xl 25 ml. To get 2nd opinion visited one more cardio doctor, based on my old reports & checking me he too said everything is normal,but till today I am having same upper back pain with chest tightness & pain. Whenever trying to stand straight having shoulder tightness. Recently took ans dysfunction test, dat too comes out normal. I am totally depressed & anxious because of dis issue. Hav to do any other test or hav to see psychiatrist.

In my recent reports my cholestrol has increased. Previously i was using rosuvas 10mg and then it was reduced to rosuvas 5mg. PFA my report details. Is it risky ? I have increased my weight and my dite is mostly junk food. Shall i get the angiography done ?

I am facing rapid heartbeat while sleeping  at night but  in daytime everything is fine.... It feels like heart attack because my heartbeat reaches approx 165-170 .. Although I take control within 5 minutes but these 5 minutes feels like I am going to die...i have past (anxiety and depression) history...plz suggest this is psychological or Physicological. ..

Hello I'm an athletic person , my pulse rate is 56❤/min and sPo2 is 97℅ but sometimes I feel shortness of breath even checking on pulse oximeter it showed SPo2 98℅ ... Why should it happen to me?

Hi sir/maam I m 25 yr old male with weight 110kg and height 6'1 feet. I have been observing from previous 1.5 yrs that my pulse rate is always high. Resting pulse rate while sitting on chair and reading newspaper is 85-95 . While for a small walk like going to kitchen to drink water raise it to 120. Is something serious? I did ECG yesterday byself and CBC also. CBC is normal . Kindly guide ECG attached.
