My heart is really beating fast and it sometimes affects my daily routine. Sometimes my bp reaches 120-130 in between. Sometimes 100-110 and sometimes 100 ( According to the oximeter ) I feel really tired and facing sleeping issues too. I have recently lost weight too due to unknown reasons. I lack focus now. What can be the possible reasons?

From last 4 months during running and exercising i have done a echo test last week and doctor says left ventricle is mildly dilated my lvef is 59% And all necessary aspects are normal in echo report I have done ecg in February this is normal my cholesterol level is 152 and sugar level is 91 and my blood pressure is normal i had came many panic attack in last January 2022 for panic attack and anxiety i am taking a paraxotine but a doctor who had done a echo says that this palpitations And Chest Pain is problem is due to because left ventricle is mildly dilated what should I do my lvdd size in echo is 60mm but except that all things are normal in size and all report is normal

Hi, My ecg got detected IRBBB but 2D echo is normal. I dont have any family history of heart disease. Is my heart healthy and normal? Can i do gym? Daily I walk more than 10K steps and 5 minutes of jogging. Thanks

Hello doctor.i am having so much fear and unwanted thought that bad going to happen since 1.5 yrs after I delivered.i have done multiple ecg.15,echo last year.tmt,all normal.even I did mri brain and ct scan all normal.last ecg done last week.normal sinus rhythm doctor said.my doubts is I have been checking bp in omron device from morning.three reading it's shows 120/80.ulse was 80. 1 hours before I checked my bp it shows 80/40. Pulse 46.. that time I was shaking bz my baby was allowed me to check.then 10 mts I checked it's showing bp Normal.120/80. Plus e is 78/ my.i really worried about mybp reading which was shown low.should I go to hospital to repeat one more ecg.should I wait for some times.kindly advise me on this .thanks in advance.
