Pain in the upper left chest and the back of the same side. Smoker, recently sprayed pesticide on trees without wearing mask. Pain from last 5 hours. Congestion but no mucus or cough. Heaviness on chest. Ecg is normal, blood pressure is also normal. Trop t is negative with number 5.

Hello doctors i am suffering with  left chest pain from one year mostly at left side and neck left side, some times I have palpitations, All day I feel pain in left chest sometimes mild and sometimes sharp. Meet cardiologist suggested for ecg, 2d echo, TMT and all are normal , I dones 25 ecg in one year all normal, 3 times echo, normal, *once again last month I cunsulted cardiologist he adv ct angio i dones  *CT coronary angiogram ,that ct angio came normal, lipid normal, thyroid normal, sugar normal,reports came out normal, wht should i do next? With whom to consult further? I attached ct angiogram test plzz says..

Dear doctor, my dad aged 62, diabetic. Had qudrapuke bypass 8 months ago, he can able to do his works and active after ,3 months surgery but now he is feeling very weak and sleeping all the day.. is it something serious?
