Is that ecg normal high anxious while on ecg machine, just wanted to cross check. Was having fear of machine

For last 4 months my RHR was between 65-70 from last 1 week it is between 58-63.? Is there anything i need to worry abt?

Some times in month or weaks i feel that i suffocated at that time when i check my wrist pulse then it shows no pulse and then suddenly start with pressure is it any problem because my ecg is with normal limit sinus rytm is also normal i have anxiety problems then plzz tell should i need to check more or it is ok because it make me depressed.Or it is due to acidity.

I feel pressure on throat and upper chest and at that time i check my pulse then there is no for 5 seconds then it starts with pressure.My ecg is with normal limit and no cardiac history then why it happens is it acidity or something else

Hi, I am 29 years old. I am facing sometime problem like a very very light pain in my heart. I am not under any medication and also non diabetic. I got myself tested last month with complete blood profile I have a stage one fatty liver which was shown in ultrasound and after this I got myself tested with liver profile test so, I have slightly increased level of LDL just above normal range. Physician just suggested to avoid alcohol and junk food and follow some good food routine with some exercise. But I have a fear of this pain so every now and then I am getting my blood pressure checked . So, the results were sometime 160/110 and sometime just normal like 120/80 and sometime 150/90. So I don't know exactly what is the problem. I guess my blood pressure is rising because of cholesterol levels So, can someone suggest what should I be doing. I don't want to end up taking medicine for my blood pressure and fatty liver at later stages. Also let me know if this is warning sign for somthng

I have started job recently.. whenever some issue happens there then it affects my chest. It starts becoming tight n heavy. Like today I felt as my colleagues were bitchinh about me when I was leaving office. Since then my chest is hurting. I feel as if some burden is placed there.has this ekg done today evening
