I am a anxiety patient from last year.. And feeling chest pain and left hand pain.. Done all tests like echo tmt.. All were normal... But anxiety is present till now.. But from 7 to 8 days my palpitations are different.. Like suddenly heart beat increases without any stress... For sometimes and chest muscle jumps with every beat... It this only anxiety or I have developed some heart issue...

Hello Doctors, During last month regular health check up we incidentally found out 7.5% load of APCs (supraventricular) in holter. Was advised to take Concur cor 2.5 for 2 months. I am taking the medication from last one month and feeling fine. Had no bothering symptoms before and have no symptoms now. I am thinking of stopping the medication now? Can I stop? If yes, how should I taper it as it is said that I can't stop beta blocker all of a sudden. Also, will there be any side effect of taking this medication for a month. Asking because many suggested that this was not needed and I am worried that taking medication without needed might affect otherwise. Please suggest! Note:- I also did echo last month and was normal. Any follow up tests needed after leaving this medicine?

My father, 50M, had a TMT test and Echo done. Echo was normal with EF 60%. TMT showed "good effort tolerance. Upsloping st changes at peak of test. Test is negative for exercise induced reversible ischemia". Is the upsloping St change normal too?

I am having indigestion problem and heartburn along with chest heaviness and jaw pain. I have got my ecg done yesterday and it came normal. Is it something to be worried about?

Heart pain since morning to evening, feeling uncomfortable, feeling like vomatimg, n headache . can't able to speak loudly.

Good evening sir/ madam, is pinching kind of chest pain or pulling kind of pain in left chest ( from behind breast area ) is it serious? I have took four ecg ( until recent date ) , chest xray echo and troponin done in march everything came out normal so what is the cause for this pain sometimes which occurs in left armpit and arm too. But no shortness of breathe and dizziness, only sweats in palms and feet ..please help me to get through this . And my Heart rate goes above 130 if there's a pain and I panic alottt during this phase. My bp always comes around 110 /90 . Is it cardiac related ?

In rural area there are no modern facilities. Problem: Back pain and lef hand pain from last day. Goes to local mbbs physician . He checked me physically and clinically. The data: Bp-130/80 Pr-78(r) Bl-vbs Jvp-normal Cvs -s1 S2 normal. Peripheral pulse equally palpable. Done a ecg attached Is ecg normal? Or anything?

Good evening sir / madam, actually am having sometimes pinching kind of chest pain which will be like pulling inside my chest area until neck again the pain will subside within few minutes . Sometime it's also radiating until shoulder and armpit area , the pain comes left sided only sometimes behind the breast bone and below the breast area . I have done four ECG until recent update everything came normal , in march i had done echo, troponin, chest xray , everything came normal but pain is coming and going from past 3 months .i dont habe shortness of breathe ..only sweating on palms with Heart Rate of 130 above sometimes, and i feel twitching inside chest area , legs and arms , randomly twitching. Bp also normal 110/90 what is the main cause of this pls say me sir/ madam thank you

Sir my ecg echo tmt were normal 8 months before .I have left side chest tightness something in middle also . little pain also there .i can run 4 km no pain while running only weird feeling .my ldl is 155 and triglycerides are only 90 . sometimes left hand middle muscle spasm type feeling . I went to doctor he treated is like acidity but problem is still there .i ignore it but sometimes I get irritated and worry .my vitamin d and vitamin 12 is  also good . What should I do ?

I am being treated for bacterial overgrowth in intestine and responding well to the treatment. But sometimes I experience upper back pain, shoulder pain and arm pain on left side mostly. Very rarely it's on right side. It feels like dull ache. I also feel gassy. Can it be due to gas? Or should I see a doctor and get ECG done. I am 37,female.
