Whenever after the lunch or dinner she takes her heart medicine then there is a pain in her left arm and then if I pressed her left arm then she gets blech (a sudden sound comes out from mouth due to raisen of air from stomach) .and after sometime she feel normal Is it because of gas or acidity? Can you please help me regarding the reason that why is it happens every day with her.
