My mother had sudden choking while walking and left arm pain after few minutes the choking settled and pain vanished. Is it worrisome?

Feeling light continous chest pain from yesterday, I have done a cholestol test and total countbis 195, please suggest to get some relief from pain.

On around 28/05/2022 my grandmother felt a sharp pain in her chest region. We urgently took her to the doctor and he wrote some medications after conducting the ECG and Echo. After that, although there is no pain but she gets palpitations in the afternoon time only and finds it really difficult to breathe. But that is only around 12pm-4pm and after that she gets fit and fine. The doctor has prescribed a medicine which is given to her after which she feels fine but the problem in breathings remains for a quite long time. This is a routine for everyday. Following are the photos of Report, ECG and Medications. Please tell that why she gets palpitations and is not able to breathe properly (ghabrahat) and what could be done to cure this ? What should be done now ? Shall she rely upon medications only or we must go for angiography and surgery ?

I am measuring blood pressure in both arms and getting the reading as follows- Left arm - 125/80 Right arm - 142/95 Why this difference is there and which reading i should consider? Do these readings are normal or can tell about any BP issue. Do i need medication for bp?

I am suffering by cardiophobia since last year... And facing continuous chest pain and left hand pain.. On and off full day... Done echo and tmt last year.. N both were normal. At that time.. But pain is still there... And feeling every day.. Even now... Has any cardiac issue developed in this period.. N I should recheck my self... Because intensity of pain is increasing... I am in totally loss condition... Please help

Hello doctor I have anxiety. So I took ecg and it showed 800 normal sinus Rythm. But it also showed 421 electronic pace maker? What does it mean ? Is this shows due to any metal jewellery wearing or anything els? Pls help me I'm attaching my ecg.
