Could you please let me know, if repetitive Acid reflux while undergoing ECG test, indicate a strain in the ECG?

I got my vitamin d test result and it shows 43 nmol/l...which is low. I I have read on internet that low vitamin d developes heart issue s...is this correct. And how can I increase for increase the level Naturally... Or this is good level

Last one month i have done all test like ecg, two eco, one tmt and consulted with three cardiologist doctor all said its normal. Its only anxiety and stress so you have bp. My bp always remains between 130-145/80-92 Iam worried sometime when chestpain happen what is wrong with me?

I am having upper back pain & chest tightness wid occasional chest pain for last 7 months. Checked wid cardio Dr in the month of March 22, he asked to do some cardio test like ecg,echo,tmt,chest x ray and lipid profile test. Except BP & borderline cholestrol everything is normal. Dr said lifestyle modification & reduction in weight is enough. Taking prolomet xl 25 ml for BP 2 times a day. Over weighted 108kg & 5.8 feet. After a month went for a 2nd opinion wid another cardio, he checked my old reports & said all are normal only. He asked to take Vit D test,which comes deficiency value of 20.01 ng/ml. Taking D Rise 60K weekly once for 8 weeks, 2 weeks completed. But til now I am facing same issues of upper back pain, chest tightness all de time, mild chest pain comes & goes. Really bcum anxious & depressed. Pls sum1 advice me wat to do further, Whether I have to do any other test or repeat the same test which I did earlier. Yesterday took ecg which was normal again.
