Since while... I am feeling my heart beat at every single organ .. And while I focus on that..my body shakes with every beat... I am anxiety patient. . Is this some heart issue or ok

ECG taken due to chest discomfort since a week. Having acidity symptoms also. Taking medicines for acidity. Any observations in this ECG which needs further consultation. Please comment.

Hi. My LdL was 294 in Feb 2022. I was put on statins. Now my LDL is 75. My HDL is 40. Can I discontinue use of Statins? Currently taking rosuvastatin.

Hi I feel my heart is sinking and that my heart rate is increasing every night. In the mornings i wake up in fatigue. I had covid a week back, but i was experiencing heart palpitations before covid, and now again after i recovered. I have been drinking a lot in the past year, could that be the reason being these reactions? Should i get an Xray or an ECG? What would be the right next steps? I also got diagnosed with UTI 2 weeks back and took Fosfomycin, after which I have had the sinking heart issue. Thanks, Shivangi

Sir, I am a diabetic and htn patient for the last 1 year. Taking diabetes pill vildamac 50/500 and glucreta m 10/500 single time and my blood pressure always range 140/90 to 160/90 after taking metoprolol 50 and talmisartan 40, 2 times a day for the last one year. Now for the last 7 days my blood pressure suddenly comes to low, avarage of 100/60 in morning when i get up from bed and it becomes fluctuate between 100/60 to 130/80 ,some times 110/72, for the last seven days with out taking bp medicine for last seven days. Sometimes I feel pain in chest where I go through ECG and echo yesterday. And my feet and palm only sweating a lot and cold. What is the reason for suddenly drop of my bp with out medicine from last 7 days and what should I do...and which test i ll do further. Please help me as I am so anxious right now for my health. I am having episodes of chest pain now and then. Mainly happens after say light activities or if in stress.  It is slightly in d left side, just besides middle bone. My pressure is usually normal (100/70). Pulse rate is usually 110. Do have family history of heart issues and pacemaker. No other issues. Weight is 65kg. Height 5'2 Not sure at this age (37) should I be concerned?

Last year i experienced heart paliptation suddenly for 4-5 in the span of 2 months. I taken ecg echo chest xray blood test and tmt multiple times.. all the time results was normal but BP only little high i.e 140/100 So I am taking BP tables for last 6 mnths.. as doctor advised.. now BP came under 130/90. after that last 6-8 months i feel completely normal. But today suddenly again i got heart palpitation for 5-10 mins..(120+ beats per minute). I went to hospital and took ecg which is normal. (See attachment) I am working in IT field, working 12 hrs daily, for long days without leave.. And also thinking many things alone in room.. So what is my problem doctor. Is I really have any heart problem or any other health issues? Please advise.. Note: As i am typing is, i am normal now.. last 1 hr i was extremely nervous and shivering..

I am a ceribral stroke patient with Mayo cardinal bridge. Some erratic movement and behaviour was there. Taking below mentioned medication almost 4 to 5 years. Pan 40 Stamlo 5 Aten 50 Oxetol 450 Met pure xl 12.5 Telma 40 Ecosprin av 75 Rivotril 0.5 Now feeling very week and lazy. Some day before CBC and tested, report attached. Why so week and lazy feeling and also having erectile function disorder? These causing severe issue in my life. What to do ?

My ECG and 2 d echo , troponin came normal so do I further need to go for TMT test sir/madam?
