Worried about C reactive
I recently had a complete panel done and worried about my C reactive and rheumatoid levels. I also did CAC scan and calcium score was zero. I am worried about my heart health. According to what I read anything over 3 on C reactive puts me on a high risk of cardiac event. What can I do to avoid any cardiac event? I don't smoke or drink and I rarely consume fried food (maybe once a month at best). I am attaching my complete report for reference.

Only Hs-CRP (high sensitive CRP ) above 3 is increased risk. Yours is CRP and it’s normal. Also CAC is zero. There is nothing to worry with regards to your heart
