Doctors found out that I have Low Potassium Readings, which Inturn was affecting my ECG reading. How to increase the value of Potassium?

My ecg, tmt, echo, lipid, bp are normal. While sleeping I see a bad dream almost daily from last 15 days and my heartbeat goes high. However once I roll it becomes fine slowly. What should I do? Why it's happening?

Causes of nervousness( ghabrahat) ? I felt something is squeezed in my chest 2 years ago. After that i felt shortness of breath, high blood pressure in neck veins. I consulted a doctor and he tested my heart.after seeing report he said Everything is normal. It is due to anxiety. From two years i m facing this issue (ghabrahat). Recently i consulted a doctor and he found my triglycerides 222 mg/dl. Is high triglycerides reason of this condition ?
