Hello sir / madam, suddenly my heart beats faster and i will be thinking too much and i ll be anxious whenever it starts and slightly pain below left breast area and underarm pit area like when I think more about that i ll have pain also and when i walk my heart beats faster am panicking so much since 3 months don't know what is the exact cause went to cardiologist and neurologist but they suggested only tablets and said nothing to worry from heart , my ecg, echo nd troponin came normal but why M having this pains in chest and comes until throat also fear of death is eating my mind please help me out what is the exact problem also i have twitching in chest nd stomach too

Pulse rate is moving very fast 138-145, with palpitation and not able to talk like normal . sometimes it feel like what treatment is need for the patient.Not able to understand

My known relative is obesed from start but very active. 6 months back she took cholesterol which was borderline high (211) and late with changes to diet next month it was (205) overall. Now continuing same healthy lifestyle , low on saturated fats, salt, sugar, more fibrous food ... Her cholesterol seems to have gone very high to 268 overall and 201 LDL. Her HDL is <40 . Im concerned. Doc has prescribed cholesterol medication for a month. But I wonder why the sudden spike. Please help me to recognise reasons

Hello doctor Im feeling palpitations.my ecg is normal and 2d echo is normal.bp is normal.blood test is normal.but recently I got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. but sometimes I'm feeling this palipitation like feeling in neck and chest like I'm feeling my heartbeat what is the cause ?
