My mother sgot and sgpt is increased along with uric acid and ESR and infection in blood (pus cells in blood) .and bilrubin is increased slightly with points. Doctor said that she has may be problm due to heart disease . Is sgot and sgpt increased due to heart problem?

My resting heart rate always seems to be high. Sometimes I feel my heart is pounding inside my chest then immediately I test the heart rate, it is greater than 120. I ll be lying in bed only but my heart rate ll be fluctuating between 110-120. My heart rate very rarely goes below 100. Even if I climb 1 floor of staircase, my heart rate goes to 160 and I become very breathless. My BMI is normal (height 165cm & weight 68kg). Heamoglobin is 9. Hello, since few days Im getting chest pain left side and back pain a day after running or jogging. Ecg and TMT are normal. Some times pain come and go sharply And some times it remains for few seconds. Any idea what could-be the cause.
