  4. Chest discomfort. Any test required?

Chest discomfort
Whenever I argue or in conflict with others with little or more anger I get chest pain/ discomfort in left side, also upper left back pain and stomach pain too just below rib at centre. i am already hypertensive and on triolmesar 40. What could be the reason of chest pain, any test required?
