Though your pain is atypical , you should get your ECG Echo and sos TMT done to rule out heart related pain. If everything is normal them we have to evaluate it as cervical spine related pain as the next most likely cause.

Your description of symptoms are atypical to conclusively decide if they are not heart related. You should consult for further evaluation with risk profiling and basic investigations like ecg, echocardiogram, tmt and blood tests
