Please check ECG reports and confirm if it's anything serious. Left anterior hemi block is the impression.

For last 1.5 yrs i experienced heart palpitations for 6-7 times.. During palpitation the heart beating was so faster than usual.. Heart palpitations happened only at evening or night time. (Not at the morning time) Whenever happened this i become very fear, nervous and panic.. and feel like that i am going to unconscious and die. As of now, i visited more than 10 doctors including 4 cardiologist.. In last 1.5 yrs I did 4 ecg 2 echo test 2 tmt 2 chest xray Thyroid Sugar test All above tests were normal time and again.. Only LDL and BP are little high, i taking medicine for that. Note i am non smoker and non alcoholic and don't have family history.. Despite all the tests were normal what maybe the cause for heart palpitations. There are no significant/noticable symptoms i feel during heart palpitation.. Please help doctors...?

Sometimes when I give pressure on my left hand elbow or left hand my left chest start paining but then it will be normal. And when sometimes I slept in my left side then after giving pressure left chest pain.then automatically it disappears.it happens sometimes not the all time Is this serious??

Metoprolol XR 25 for night is added a week back with  already taking  Cilacar 10 twice daily due to elevated diastolic BP and heart rate. I am feeling sleepy throughout the day with some kind of chest discomfort after taking Metoprolol. Tomorrow will meet the physician again. Current BP is 110/75. An ECG taken yesterday is attached. Does Metoprolol cause sleepiness.

I have undergone annual health check up and undergone STRES ECHO, it shows normal except one thing MILD MR. is this a serious disease or starting of a disease. Will it deteriorates my health in future. I have past history of hyperthyroidism and took neomercazole for 18 months. My thyroid is normal. Plz guide me about me about MR.🙏🙏

Yesterday my father had a routine checkup. His Blood pressure was 199/124. Our Gp advise for hospital admission. But father were not having any symptoms. Today we admitted him. Our Gp have done some tests. Blood and 2D echo. In 2D echo there is swelling in left ventricle. Now Father's blood pressure is in control but Dr ask for angiography to know the reason of swelling. I have attach all reports need your second opinion. Pls.help

Good morning to all .... i done these tests like eco tmt ecg multiple times but still have heaviness in chest and some times teeth .. 3.4 times eco .. 3 times tmt .lots of ecg's in year ... I am totally frustrated.. I was never as I am feeling now .. worry , frustrating from these things . Please help ..
