Always living with fear
In last 2 year I had heart palpitation 7-8 times.. whenever I had i feel very fear, nervous and iam going to die.. Duration palpitation i feel like i am sinking and light dizzinesa, I taken 6 ecg, 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray. All rests were normal. But still feel very nervous and fear all the time.. I never smoke and drinks but obese and don't have any family history. Currently Iam traveling in bus, I feel nervous, my left hand and stomach mild burning feeling.. Due to this fear of attack, i feel Fear to eat Fear to climb stes Fear to walking Fear to exercise or playing Fear if get sweating Fear if had any mild pain in the body I have visited more than 10 doctors and multiple hospitals, doctors and reports said normal but i can't believe them.. Till I never feel any pain, breathing issue and unusual sweating. But feeling fear fear fear.. heart attack fear.. Please help me what should I do. See my latest ecg

Doesn't look like a cardiac problem Better consult a psychiatrist or psychologist for counselling.. And sensitisation...!!
