Sudden left side chest pain Like electricity pain feel also in ear Dizziness and breathlessness also Tmt ecg normal Is related to heart or not

I have very uncomfortable piercing pain inside the heart. What can be the cause is it anything do do with the heart maybe?

This ecg okay. Yesterday night felt tightness in chest n throat n hot flushes.. it got fine n went to deep sleep.. today Whole day fine still got this ecg done... But now again at night same symptoms have started... I also feel acidic taste in mouth.. Thanks

I recently received iv fluids, my concern is, is it safe if the blood goes back inside from cannula to veins . Like what if the blood was clotted while inside the cannula ?
