From yesterday i am feeling thumping pulsing feeling at back of head is this due to vertebral artery i am having pulsatile tinittus near ear or due to carotid artery i am hearing it in my back of my head at base of skull

Does vertebral artery in our brain do pulsate similar to the carotid artery does vertebral artery have pulsations or not this is my medical doubt doctor plz clarify it does vertebral artery have pulsations

How to check whether my heart palpitations and chest pain are due to inappropriate sinus tachycardia or anxiety disorder.??? I did many tests like ECG, Echo, tmt and holter. All doctors are saying it's normal but how to distinguish between inappropriate sinus tachycardia and anxiety disorder.

I am experiencing sharp and sudden pain in left side of chest with suddenly heart beats rising. I have done ecg, echo, tmt, holter monitoring test in month of April and all reports are normal. I am also taking antidepressants at night. What is the problem??? Is this related to heart attack or cardiac arrest ???

Sir/mam, My uncle's aerotic valve diagnosis report- Morphology Normal/thickening/calcification/restricted opening/flutter/vegetation. Hello doctors. Recently my cardiologist did my test and I was detected with LDL cholesterol 110. He said me to have Rozavel 10 every night. I also take nebicard 2.5mg for my sinus tachycardia issue. And today I experienced a sudden chest pain near my left chest. Is it something to worry about ? And should I take my cholesterol medicine ? I have been infected twice with covid in the past 6 months (non vaccinated). Sometimes face breathing issues but no that much problem. No other issue. Kindly guide me.

Hello all very good morning I am 28 years old and my weight is 90 kgs and I am recently got married. About 6 to 7 month earlier I got chest pinching pain whil sitting in office and at the same time I got gastric issues also as at that time also I am continuesly passing the gas. I ran to clinic for my ecg and blood tests. All the blood test and ecg was normal only uric acid was 7 . Ad my vitamin d was low 25 an d b12 was little bit above the border line. I conulted to many docs all said no issue is there all is normal but from that point I got anxiety and huge anxiety till now I always feel anxiety regarding that then one of doc said if you are feeling amxixty then go for TMT test to sure regarding this and I did that and test was also negative of that. After that I feel good chest pain disappear and now recently from last 2 months I am geeting frquent dirriaha and stomach cramps and I got to know that I am suffering from Ibs. Now again that pinching chest pain starts.no pain whenruning

Running and exercising my echo and ecg are normal but in my echo only lvdd size is 60 mm and ejection fraction is 59% but all report are normal and I have check cholesterol three time it is normal and my diabetes is normal and b.p. is normal one would suggest tmt but I have a panic disorder I can do tmt in panic disorder I have more palpitations if I run fast what can I do please suggest
