Upto what extent I am allowed to do physical activities means what types of physical activities are allowed to me

I often get a tingling pain or more appropriately a pricking pain in the last two fingers of my left arm and that same pain is present at at various spots on my left arm all the way upto my chest. Although it's not extremely painful but it's quite frustrating and irritating. So I want to know about the plausible reasons and what to do next.

Hello doc. My dad is suffering from CAD,Hypertension,DM. And currently he is on medications.Yesterday evening he suddenly was feeling giddiness(as if the surroundings are whirling like fan and he was about to fall with no energy in neck) for 1 min.And when his vitals were checked everything was normal.And after 1 min he was perfectly alright. What might be the reason for this? Can it be related to his 70% block in RCA? And for which doctor should I consult offline to get treated for this?😣

Can post ductal Coarctation of Aorta  curable without surgery(stent/balloon) ? I have high hs crp value of 15. All my cardio tests are normal. No bp no sugar. Even ct angio mercury score is 0. Should I be concerned or not? It has been 20 days since my covid booster dose vaccine.. can this be reason for higher inflammation? I am really worried..

Grade 2 lvdd came in echo and I have palpitations too but only while sleeping one I wake and turn its disappeared. Having fatty liver, just started medicine. And gerd, loose lower esophagus valve 40 cms lax les. Tmt is normal. Lipid is normal. Echo has grade 2 lvdd but everything written normal, attaching image. Ecg also attached. Non smoker from last 5 years. Weight 100kg, height 5.10. Is grade 2 lvdd is reversible ? Is there will be any issue with grade 2 lvdd? Why facing palpitations? Is my ecg normal?
