Hello Doctor, sometimes I am having a chest pain.. I am having border line Cholesterol... I did a TMT & 2D echo test in June 2020 and it came normal.. after that I am having very less activity life.. what should I do? I appreciate your guidance

When I was laying on bed I can fell my own heart beat, heart rate is normal but I can feel like shaking my body little bit with heartbeat, My echa test results is myxomatous mitral valve with mild mr.LV ID:5.7 cms, LV ID5: 38 cms, IVSd: 0.8 cms. LVPWd: 0.8 cm. EF: 60 %, the doctor said my left ventricle is little bit increase and said not  dangerous ,when I suddenly stand from bed in laying position I am feeling dizzy ,please tell me the solution

Hi all, I'm getting spasms in my left chest everyday since the past 2 months whenever I lie down to sleep at night or early morning when I try to wake up. It lasts for few seconds however. I have left chest pain,left arm pain,left leg and left shoulder pain from 4-5 months. My ecg,2D echo, lipid,xray ,Apolipo A/B were fine. Bt i have cervical problm.Bt i am afraid of chest pain sometime this pain is very severe i got scared i have anxiety problm also. What should i do?do i need to do CT ANGIOGRAPHY?or any other heart related test?
