Im having elevated levels of Thyroid stimulating harmone , due to this I'm having elevated LDH . should I start with cholesterol lowering drug or start with TSH lowering drug ?

I did my check up and found my cholesterol hdl is 35 mg/dl . What can I do ? Is it something to worry ? I have attached the report please suggest . Also my iron is 46 ug/dl and vitamin d is 20.8 ng/ml

I accidentally took nubeta 2.5 twice. I take it around 11am everyday but mistook it for multivitamins and took again at 12 at night .my bp used to be 140/90 before starting nubeta tablets. I am scared what side effect could happen??

I am 29. No problem in breathing. No problem while running or upstairs or walking. Heavy smoker. Driving scooty. I am having pain in left chest. But that is not heavy pain. That is a chin chin or dab dab type of pain. I feel it's may be in bone. But it's come anytime, while I am sleeping also. No other problems with this. I did my morning fasting blood test after 9 hours of meal . It showed high triglycerides and border cholesterol . I also ate 3 scoops of ice cream in the night after meal . Now started running and brisk walk on a treadmill from a week . Fasting blood sugar 77mg/dl

Done ecg echo reports are normal but sometimes having heaviness of chest goes with burping and antacids.ldl cholesterol is 139
