Sir 1.5 years back i used to have borderline hogh bp with highest recorded reading of 145/95.. I have visited a cardiologist then.. he did my ecg and said apart from anxiety everything is normal.. he referred me to psychiatrist.. i am under his treatment since.. currently i am taking escitalopram 5mg and etizola .25 mg before sleep.. I have been working out too.. I have checked my bp just after exercise and it was 125/65 and i read on internet that diastolic pressure drops after exercise.. Today morning i checked my bp and it was 117/65.. is my diastolic low? Or having normal systolic and low diastolic a problem?? Wat should i do! Please guide me I have attached the ecg of 1.5 years back

Hello dr I am checking my lipid profile since last one year In total 5 reports which are 3 months apart my hdl were 39,37,36,33 and now it's 28. I have been on statins for 2 months as my ldl was increased to 130 and total cholesterol to 202 which became normal after the therapy but now after 3 months again my ldl is 106 and total cholesterol is 156 still normal but hdl is dropped to 28. I am very worried about it as I tried regular exercise, diet control and lifestyle modifications.

I had Covid over an year ago. I have had Shortness of breath on exercise ever since then. I had an ECG just as a regular test. My ECG says: Sinus Tachycardia ST Junctional Depression is non specific Borderline ECG I have attached the ECG as well. Please tell me if my ECG Report is normal or should i be worried?

Hi I'm having 110 heart rate everyday is this normal? From 1 year I'm observing what should I do? Shall I go to doctor?

I am having chest pain left side for last 4 months. I consulted with one doctor.He prescribed me ecg, xray, and lipid profile. Ecg and xray was fine but I had high cholesterol and triglycerides. He gave me medicine for cholesterol and after 2 months cholesterol and triglycerides levels were normal. But my chest pain does not go away properly. I can play and do all the tasks properly but I am feeling the chest pain sometimes at night , sometime when I am working at my desk. Please guide me here.

Hi i am male 37 Weight 8o kg height 5:8 Sir I had an issue of having chest pain some times it's a pain between chest in chest bone for a sec then it goes off.some time while standing some time while sitting.what exactly is this. I don't have any past history every thing is in control ...and from last few days I had a pain in my left hand near to shoulder area also is it related to heart my stomach is also not good i have a digestive issue also is it happening becoz of gas plz suggest... How can I know is it related to heart or is it normal..yes i do smoke also but not drink.i live alone and i eat out side...

Hello doctors, I have chest pain & shoulder pain and palpitation since 11 months I have done 5 times ECG and 3 times 2D ECHO and 2 times TMT test 7 months ago  doctor said all reports are normal. Doctor prescribed propranolol 10mg for 1 year still taking it 6 months (inderal 10mg) and i consulted Orthopedic doctor he prescribed 10 days diclofenac tablet and gel. Still having pain in left side chest can I test again repeat? Please suggest me.

My husbands did his routine health check up few days back. His blood pressure was 110/70mmHg and pulse rate was 66 bps... While he is only of 30yrs old.. Why his blood pressure and pulse rate too low. Please suggest some solution also...
