Im 28 years old, just went for routine check up. I dont have ny discomfort in chest , my ejection fraction is showing 45% lv. All my reports are normal. I had covid test next day which showed i was positive.
Do have to worry about this? As i read ej can not be reversed.. no one from my family has heart related problem nor i have ever felt any discomfort in chest now or before

Should evaluate the reason for lv dysfunction.
Please do an ECG.
Post complete echo report.
Sometimes during and post viral infection (COVID)... There is an entity called myocarditis.. and leads to decrease lv function..
There is chance of improvement of lv function after few days..
Consult nearby Cardiologist for physical examination and evaluation.
