Heavy exercising my ecg are normal and lipid profile are normal in my echo only things are normal ejection fraction is 59% And all cardiac valves are normal but only mild dilated left ventricle whose size is 60mm but my palpitations is started when I do excercise and hard work I face panic attack and chest pain in January 2022 and my palpitations will not stopped during January 2022 I will take paraxotine for palpitations but I will not understand this palpitations problem is a heart problem or panic disorder or anxiety

Non specific t wave abnormality With high blood pressure Anything need to worry...or not Can I go through the same treatment or need to change the treatment

Hello, My mother's cbp and lipid profile test results are as follows: Platecount is 5.51 lakhs Total cholesterol 238 LDL - 155.2 HDL - 51.2 Triglycerides - 158 Is it worrisome? She is patient of arthiritis. Please do suggest.
