Hi, I am a 27 years old IT professional For past two-three months I have been noticing random palpitations. Or sometimes I feel like something is travelling up my throat very fast and then vanishing, the first few times when it happened, I got my ecg done which came out to be normal. But since then I have been feeling palpitations every now and then. Like today, after a week (while I was talking)I felt like something travelled up my throat for a second and then vanished, then I felt my heartbeat louder, I panicked for a while them calmed myself down later. I want to know if this is something serious and should be checked properly? Or is it a normal thing? And what can I do to make it better. Also, as a background I have been suffering from stress and anxiety for past one year and this palpitations used to occur only during anxiety previously but now it also happens when I am doing my regular work. Please suggest.

I am having chest pain from last 5 months. It's all different type, sometimes I have a pin like pain sometimes like a tingling sensation, sometimes feels like pressure while lying down. Mostly this pain occurs at night while I go to sleep and if I walk or take deep breaths the pain reduces and heart palpitations go away. I have consulted multiple doctors. ECG, Blood test, Stress test are all normal. Can anyone advise me.

Hwy doctors, I have a shoulder pain after brisk walking Did the brisk walking first time for 30 minutes So quite confused like do i have to worry about anything heart related. Before exercise there was no shoulder pain. It started at night Other than that i have done ECG on june 2022 - normal ecg BP- 120/80 mm of hg Please reply as soon as possible.

Im 28 years old, just went for routine check up. I dont have ny discomfort in chest , my ejection fraction is showing 45% lv. All my reports are normal. I had covid test next day which showed i was positive. Do have to worry about this? As i read ej can not be reversed.. no one from my family has heart related problem nor i have ever felt any discomfort in chest now or before

Bp came out to be 150-100 after walk. Is it normal? My parents are having high bp so keep getting it checked. I dont want to start medicines, plz suggest what lifestyle modification can be done ?

It moves in the range of 120-130 and 70-80. Is it okay ? Difference between systolic and diastolic is around 50 all the time.
