Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello doctor I have anxiety disorder from a year.and sometimes panic attacks.but what scares me is I always feel pulsing like palpitations in neck.also sometimes I feel like my heart is skipping and beating what is the cause for this? Is this anything related to heart?pls help me I'm worried very much. Also I'm using penazep 12.5mg for anxiety. Few months ago I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia.later I took another 2 ecg's they were normal.and I took 2d echo it was normal. But why I'm feeling this pulsing in neck and palipitation like feeling in chest ? Related to heart? Or any other?

Hi, Before 8 months ago because of the gastirc i had a some problems like heart tight. I have consulted in Jayadeva hospital thay have told that there is no problem al is normal. But i not able to be normal as before. If night happen heart beat will be more and slightly pain near left shoulder and under chest. And have a throught lump please suggest for this what could be done and i need to become a normal as before, please give any suggestions.

Sir I'm using concor5mg tab my bp up to 3. 0 clock be in normal but evening slightly raises 140/90 sir is it ok sir ..any advice. Sir good evening I have been using concor5mg for 12 days cardiologist sir said you should use after 12 days if not controlling bp come again said. I went to hospital again and my bp was 120/80 at 12 0 clock .I said to doctor in the evening bp increase Sligh and doctor prescribed aquazide 12.5 mg sir .I using in the afternoon sir but my blood in the evening 140/90 sir ..what is the reason sir should I change medication sir please suggest me
