Hello, My age is 28(M),height 5'10, weight73,  I started gym last month. When i started running in tradmill after attaining little fast speed chest pain is getting started in left side. It normalises when i stop running. Also some tightness in chest occur. Can anyone suggest what it is. Also i was smoker (in past), I quit in last 2 months but have it 1 cigerrate in 15-20 days

I had taken ciplar la 20 regularly for 10 days in morning for palpation & anxiety. Now can I take the medicine on alternative days? Will it be okay to modify medicine like this? Any side effects?
