Chest pain and shortness of breathing

Hello I am 24 old women there is chest pain from some days and I was actually tensed about somethings and today morning when I was bathing I felt difficulty in breathing and in night today I am feeling the same is this indicates the heart problem what should I do and also I had vomitting
