I got heart palpation and dizziness at day once after that little bit of weakness and hot flashes, neck pressure but at night all symptoms are gone and everything becomes normal is it serious? Is it heart condition or anxiety?

40 days ago at midnight my heart palpitation start suddenly I go to cardiologist and check my all reports all good but my thyroid level increase to 7.4 so dr. Give me  thairoxin some betablocker for palpitations and panic disorder and anxity tablets My thyroid level in control But till today i not felling well because for nausea my palpitations not stop till now at night i wake suddenly for no reason I fell tired everyday and depressed for this Plz help suggests me a.s.a.p

I'm a high blood pressure, 39yrs old male on telmisartan 40 mg for last 5 years. I was recently diagnosed with Grade 1 Left Ventricular Hypertrophy. I don't have diabetes but cholesterol is a bit higher side. I'm also on anxiety medication. I'm really worried about the LVF and want to know what is life expectancy with this disease. Is it something I live with only for next 2 to 3 years? I'm in Australia and my cardiologist appointment is 2 months away. I wanted to get some help before I see the Dr here.

Hi, i having chest pain from few months and no it's not stomach related i have checked with gastroenterologist. With chest pain my symptoms are breathlessness and feeling of heart beats skipping stopping. Recently had covid.

Left chest pain in one year.. 30 ecg all normal.Echo five times Normal Ct angio normal one month back, now I take ecg I attached recent ecg.. Pic Why comes my pain daily in left chest Plzzz say Ecg attached..

How much time does echo take. Can you please tell me please the duration of echocardiography please?
