Coughing increases pulse rate. Attack?

Hi sir , since two days am having cough and its increasing my pulse rate and my heart is fluttering pounding even when i sleep i had done my ecg echo chest x ray in the month of march do i need torepeat again all the test ? Whenever am coughing sometimes i feel something happening in my chest like my heart is coming out or getting congested kind of am panicking so much please help me why sometimes i have this pain also my feet z neck twitching sometimes i feel uneasy and afraid of my health please let me know benadryl syrup will help me ,? I am also getting lot of burps my heart is pounding so much please reply me do i need to repeat any test all cane normal , what is the main reason of heart attack ? My age  is 25 i have this pain since February and am depressed and panicking my bp is 110/90 pulse rate 100 above most of the time
