Sir can lvdd is reversible? What are the ways to reverse left ventricular dystolic dysfunction ?what are the ways

32 year old male non diabetic non alcoholic.. Sir I am feeling my own heartbeat in chest and stomach. But it's just near about 73 to 80 per minute.. it's happening from 3 days .. few months ago tmt eco ecg done that was normal

Please check my echo and tmt report done on 28/04/2022. From 3-4 days i got a shocking pain in upper side of the left chest that comes and goes for a seconds i am worried sir is this pain related to heart sir.

Hi I have been prescribed acitrom for my dvt issues. But i was prescribed rivaxa 15 mg now once daoly at night. I want to know what should bs inr range to switch to rivaxa. I was told to start rivaxa  15mg once my inr is below 2.5. My current inr is 1.68. I would like to know can i start rivaxa now. The doctor is out of station so i need advice on this. Kindly help me. Thanks.

There are only two option of photo for uploading. So I uploaded max exercise ecg and recovery ecg . Stress test comes out negative . Echo Also negative.i have seen st depression in V6,3 . Is this significant? My complain is back pain . Plz tell

I feel pain on both side of chest. one side at a time. It will happen frequently like 5 to 6 time in a day(random days). Do i need to consult a doctor for this?
