Psychiatrist prescribed me tab for anxiety which include other medicine with metpure xl 25...so my question is that metpure is best or ciplar????

I am vitamin d deficient with slightly raised LDL which is 126 and my total cholesterol is 170 and my HDL is 32. Doctor suggested to take 60000iu vitamin D weekly for 8 weeks. Is it safe to take or will it increase my CVD risk by hardening the artery with such high powered Vitamin D?

Hello Dr, my father in law have vericose veins with skin discoloration and small bumps on his feets, from one week he is facing pain in the bumps only while touching. Plz suggest the best treatment for it where it can't be problematic in  future also.

I am 29 year old weight 110.i had history of anxiety.recently stopped using medicines and had some withdrawl symtoms.heart paltipulations and chest pain.my doc suggested me to take nexito again untill i am fine.but i dint take.i am doing some excericies for some time daily.i feel my heart beat very fast when i excersice.at first i used to have sleepless nights after stopped using medicine but now i was fine.sometimes my gastric problem irriates me i feel bloated and uneasy without any reason and when it happens i feel uncomf to eat anything and the gas struck in my stomach dont go out.i dont is this because of my gastric or anxiety.yesterday i checked my bp and it was 120/90 my husben d said it too high you are having bp.and from then i am stressing out about it.after suffering with anxiety if anything happen to me it is worrying me.even if it is fever or anything.i am stressing out why am having high bp.what to do.when i take stairs or do exersice my heart beat faster

I recently had a complete panel done and worried about my C reactive and rheumatoid levels. I also did CAC scan and calcium score was zero. I am worried about my heart health. According to what I read anything over 3 on C reactive puts me on a high risk of cardiac event. What can I do to avoid any cardiac event? I don't smoke or drink and I rarely consume fried food (maybe once a month at best). I am attaching my complete report for reference.
