Heart Problems & Remedies

My mother is diabetic § hypertensive and has history of grade 2 diastolic dysfunction (EF-60%). She is having medicines for both diebetes and hypertension along with diuretics. In her recent check up we found her Uric Acid level is 10.3 and she was prescribed with Febuxostat 80mg to lower the uric acid. My query is, will it be safe to give Febuxostat 80 to a heart patient? There are warnings on the drug about it being not safe for heart patients. Really appreciate if someone can help me on my query above.

I have mild chest pain from last 3 weeks. It comes and goes. Sometimes it comes with heart palpitations. My ECG and 2D echo are normal. My triglyceride leval is little bit high. My doctor said my heart is in good condition. but I frequently have chest pain.Should I worry about heart condition?

In last 2 year I had heart palpitation 7-8 times.. whenever I had i feel very fear, nervous and iam going to die.. Duration palpitation i feel like i am sinking and light dizzinesa, I taken 6 ecg, 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray. All rests were normal. But still feel very nervous and fear all the time.. I never smoke and drinks but obese and don't have any family history. Currently Iam traveling in bus, I feel nervous, my left hand and stomach mild burning feeling.. Due to this fear of attack, i feel Fear to eat Fear to climb stes Fear to walking Fear to exercise or playing Fear if get sweating Fear if had any mild pain in the body I have visited more than 10 doctors and multiple hospitals, doctors and reports said normal but i can't believe them.. Till I never feel any pain, breathing issue and unusual sweating. But feeling fear fear fear.. heart attack fear.. Please help me what should I do. See my latest ecg

I am an anxious 22 year old never took care of my health and got to know that i was having cholesterol issue since last year that i know of ,god know how long i have been suffering from it and suddenly my blood pressure to is out of hand 140/90 being average i dont know if high bp reading due yo anxiety or some serious issue but I remember once i had a reading of 155/96 while having a anxiety attack, i have started to change my habits , I haven't eaten junk food dince last month no sugary drink and a good night sleep , less stress also , i want too make amends even lost some weight i was overwight at around 95 kgs now i weigh 87 kgs i want to change i sm scared of these recent news of young adult getting heart attack i do not want to be the next victim thats why i want help , please help i will be thankful too you for my whole life

Hello doctor. today I went to hospital with c/o dizziness, suddenly some weried sensation from stomach till throat then it's vanished within a second.some cold flushes along with that.so I rushed to hospital nurse check bp 150/100.saturation in left hand 84.. pulse was70/ mt.immediately duty doctor made me scared saying u got some blood flow  low in left side hand ,so nurse check in right side it was shown 97 to 98 saturation.pulse was 86.. usually always that pulse oximeter battery always low in that hospital..so doctor said to do ecg .I did. Report I attached.dictor said it's normal.but in print report in ecg shows long left axis deviation.that means  doc said to me u have blood low is less compare to left and right.last Jan I did echo it's normal.i am breast feeding mother.i am having so much of fear after my daughter was born.taken multiple ecg.35.echo and tmt.all normal..again doc which I was consulted he made more panic today.kindly look into my report.anything can be done.TIA

Sir During casetaking during ward ,we colleagues usually check each other to study ourselves also,during that time I found my heartbeat is beating irregular and on inspecting I have a feel that during each heartbeat precordium bulge slightly but it's actually not like palpitations ,is that left parasternal heave,I feel sometimes chest tightness also ,is it essential to take ECG and Echo?,can u pointout any diagnosis from history itself?

2 day ago I have nausea and left chest discomfort For 2 min pain is gone but stomach is upset till now I have history of panic disorder multiple time now I m on antidepressants snri I did multiple ecg and echo tmt all was normal Ef was 57 I have faced almost 20 episode of this type for 2 years 6month later yesterday I also faced so I did Ecg IS THIS NORMAL ECG PLZZZ REPLY
