Needle sensation in right upper chest
Hello doctor, I am 23 years old. I don't have any bad habits of alcohol or smoking but due to IT work, I spend most of time sitting infront of laptop. I occasionally have fast foods. But, Sometimes, I feel needle like pain sensation in right upper chest and it happens just once like for a second. I am worried about anything related to heart. I stress alot for many things. My pulse rate mostly remains around 92-100bpm. Today morning, I checked it was 97bpm. Is it because i don't do any kind of physical activities ? I am worried about my heart health and that pin needle sensation. I have gastric issues as well. Please advise me. Thank you.
