V5 Looks Abnormal And He Asked Took Other Tests Also Fasting Blood Sugar 83 Random Blood Sugar 175 Hba1c 4.8% Thyroid Normal Blood Picture Normal

Hello, I recently got echo, tmt done , the reports look normal. However, at times when sleeping or working i can feel minor palpitations or discomfort in chest. I have a hand held ECG device and if i test it shows left bundle branch block, abnormal ECG. Have consulted previously as well, doctor said it's normal and suggested beta blocker tablets. The number of times discomfort or palpitations has reduced but still there. Should I take any additional test?

Hello doctors. I had tachycardia issue since 2020 and my doctor did lipid profile test on May 2022 and my LDL cholesterol level is 120. Other cholesterol level and reports are fine. My doctor is giving nebicard 2.5mg for tachycardia and suggested me to take Rozavel 10g for cholesterol. I have not started taking cholesterol medicine. So shall I start taking cholesterol medicine or shall I avoid ?? If i start taking Rozavel 10g will my doctor ever stop it ? Kindly guide me.
