I have attached detail report plz suggest me what next to do Should these will heal itself or need any medical attention ?

I recently had a complete panel done and worried about my C reactive and rheumatoid levels. I also did CAC scan and calcium score was zero. I am worried about my heart health. According to what I read anything over 3 on C reactive puts me on a high risk of cardiac event. What can I do to avoid any cardiac event? I don't smoke or drink and I rarely consume fried food (maybe once a month at best). I am attaching my complete report for reference.

Today while checking the BP the pulse rate was identified as below 56, BP was normal, also on the oxy meter the oxygen level was 95 but again pulse rate was showing to be 57.
