Hi, While normal walking my pulase rate go upto 130. I dont do brisk walking, just doing normal walking. Is it normal? While walking my pulse rate is between range 110-130. Is it normal? I also gone through ECG and it was normal. Thanks

Greetings, Myself 22 years old non smoker , 6'1ft in height and weight of 69 kg pure vegetarian with a resting heart rate usually above 85bpm  I have a chest pain since 6 months and have a fear of dying from heart attack now the fear is from cardiac arrest because its more dangerous, I hav done my test in june 2022 2d echo which came normal and have been diagnosed as acidity, musculoskeletal issue . I don't know I have tried everything i could from healthy diet to yoga and meditation but since younger group people are dying from heart or cardiac arrest I get so terrified that I might be next because of this pain in chest and sternum and headache and that fear I am unable sleep, basically it has disturbed my entire life style from past 8 mo ths now, I need to know am I the risk of getting one and what is with this chest pain, i have a lean body and i can see my heartbeat from my skin and why are younger group being victim i have this constant stress of dying
