Hey I have attached my father's regular lipid profile test checkup reports.. I just wanted to know that my father is a diabetic and is already having two pills for diabetes and as I can see in the report his lipid profile is all messed up.. so I wanted to know how can I reduce his ldl without medications bcoz he is very much afraid of medications by god's grace he have never got any attack and all but still in his regular body checkup all are above borderline which made me a little bit worry.I have stopped his ghee consumption totally and he is a. Very active worker he walks daily all 7 days fir an hour but still I can't understand how his cholesterol and all is so high.. pls can you cardiologists give some natural methods through which his heart remains healthy...
