Please check my echo and tmt test sir i feel atypical chest pain i am worried and anxiety always. left hand pain from 4 days

I had done a blood test a week ago I got RBC of 6.30 and my hemoglobin is 12.9,iron serum is 55 a bit low and vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency.Im taking medicines for vitamins but what should I do for a bit high rbc?

Now a days am getting breast pain left n right...from 2days am having left side shoulder back  pain n sometimes breast pain comes n go...breathing issues also am facing suddenly I take deep breath...can u pls tell wat was the problem...I have twins boys 2.4 months kids...so I can't go to hospital...so

I am experiencing sharp and sudden pain in left side of chest. During that I feel teeth pain also and increase in pulse rate. I have already done ECHO and TMT in Feb which were normal and HOLTER monitoring in May which was also normal. What is the reason of the pain. Should I get other tests of heart done or should i repeat these tests???

I had MVR repair in 2008 and had MVR replacement 3 months back. I have sutures on chest and thigh region. My thigh numb and causes pain. My PT INR report also not stable. I can't sleep at night as i am having pain in my thigh region and near sutures on chest. My neck is also paining horrribly. After sitting for a while on chair and when I am getting up i feel more pain in bones . whatever i eat gas is forming in my stomach. 1.what are reasons for this condition? 2. Doctors said the vulb needs to be replaced. Pacemaker have to be set.pls find the attachment and let me know what is the best way to proceed

Feeling Fluttering sensation in heart and in night I feel it more. Resting heart rate 60-80. Taking Homeopathy medicine- Crataegus Oxyacantha, terminalia Arjuna and Allium sativum. I had high BP in past, my doctor told me to monitor daily nd now my Bp is fine but get high sometimes in evening 130-140/ 85-94 nd BP machine also shows sign of irregular heartbeat.

Taking Metoprolol XR 25 morning, Cilacar 10 at night. Felt dizzy and breathless today morning for some time. Currently only slightly dizzy but comfortable. An ECG is taken to show the consulting doctor during next visit. Any changes in ECG? BP is 110/70. Metoprolol was added two weeks back due to high heart rate.
