Pulse rate normal
Hi, I did skipping of 3 sets 100 each taking 2 minutes break between each set. After 3 sets i took break of 3 to 4 minutes and i did jogging for 3 minutes. After that i checked my pulse rate and it was around 170 bpm. I am non drinker and non smoker. My age is 31 years. After 5 min pulse rate came to 110. Is it normal? I am worried about 170 pulse rate. 2 weeks back i had ecg and 2d echo and it was normal. My oxygen remains 98 through out. Please help Thanks
