  4. BP showing randomly elevated. Bp meds?

BP showing randomly elevated
At times when I check BP at home SYS level shows 121 or 127 and DIA 83 or 84 pulse wa s71 or 69. I need to check levels more frequently to see the pattern, why SYS and DIA showing elevated and even if its showing normal at times do i need to start BP meds?
