Bp gets higher the more i check(139/98)
I am 17 i don't have high bp as a problem neither anyone in my family
I just took my bp right now first it showed 130/95
I got scared so i took it again it went to 135/98
I took it again it said 139/98
Is 138/98 bp normal? I have horrible anxiety even while checking everytime i check my breathing changes i get tense alittle
