High bp found
I had visited ER as my bp shot up to 160/90 I never had bp and I am taking my bp since 3 days at home my highest is 133/90 my echo,kft done 6 months ago was normal should I repeat the tests. And does ECG show any abnormality.i also get anxious sometimes can anxiety affect Bp.

ECG is normal. Take antihypertensive to keep your BP under control.
