Very High BP
My mother is suffering from high BP from the last 15 days. Although she takes regular medication for high BP. 15 days ago, when she woke up in the morning,the left eye was extremely red, after which medical check up it was found that BP rose to 100/180. What may be the probable cause of such high BP, what is its remedy? She has been taking amlopres 5 mg for BP for last 25 yrs ecosprin 75 mg for the last 5- 6 yrs for thinning of blood. Doctors have changed the medication to CTD-T 6.25/40 mg in the morning and cildip 5mg in the evening for BP. And clodrel 75 for thinning of blood

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  We would like to know, how is her Blood Pressure after the new medications have been started? You do not need to worry. The old medications were not enough to control the bp so the medicines need to be changed. Kindly consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards.
