Just went for normal full body check up and we found HDL IS LOW Total cholestrol - 175 HDL -35 TC/HDL ratio - 5 HDL is low, medication required ?

What may cause thickening blockage at 55 year male was smoker what's the treatment plan how to cure it how much % is bloackge what should be the diet

Sir all kind of reports normal..like ech 3decho and even ct angiography also done .everything fine .kft lft all are normal .but my bp is 140/90 sometimes 120/80 sometimes 150/100 sir ..I counsulted cardiologist also he gave 5mg tab ..but not controlling my bp still 140/90 sir .any suggestions

One day while i was eating peanut butter crunchy it got stuck in my food pipe and then i was having some pain on my left side chest..it's been three months since it happened..but i still feel some kind of pain on my chest region..and sometimes my heartbeat elevates for no reason..even if I'm lying down on the bed... I just want to know if there's any connection between both these incidents i.e the peanut butter and my heart rate. I wanna know if theres something wrong with my heart or it's just all in my mind. P.S. i have done ECG and Echo tests and the results were normal. Thank you doctor for reading this. Waiting for your reply.

Last one month i have done all eco, tmt 15 ecg all normal. But sometime in day i fell nervous and little chest pain at that time i become worried my cholestrol report is also normal but sometime feel hot in backside and feel worried

Last one month i have done two eco, tmt and around 25 ecg all normal also yesterday i fell tightness and some time pain near heart i also done ecg on yesterday its again normal. My bp is in between 120-145/80-95 I am IT worker also i have workload some time. But some time iam become worried about realy i have heart issue or its my mind setting

Hello doctor I have generalised anxiety disorder and panic attacks from a year .but sometimes I'm experiencing palpitations in throat and chest when I stand ,sit or move .what is the cause is this anything heart related?pls help me. I also took 3 ecgs a year ago I took an ecg it showed sinus tachycardia. And later 2 ecg's both were normal and also took 2d echo test it was normal. Hi, My 2D echo is normal, can I have orthopnea? What are the chances of having orthopnea? Because sometimes i feel breathlessness while lying down for longer time and it goes away automatically without waking up. Thanks
