Sir today I will discuss one thing that when I do brick walk a pin type pain on the right side chest corner  and after a brick walk for 30 min, I will do running after 700 m of running a pin point of the upper middle chest pain start.... And I will continue running,  and pain will continue at that point  , no pain growth or separate to other part.... Which type of pain is this?

My 2d echo report says I have mild tricudpid regurgitation and mild pulmonary Hypertension PASP by TR jet 38 mmHg does that mean I have pulmonary hypertension? Can it become moderate or severe in future

Dangerous problem...? Need urgent operation..? Thank you

Sir my total cholesterol is 182 ..my hdl is 34 my ldl is 136 my triglycerides are 80 .sir I'm using 20mg stamlo.and 5mg concor..sir ...sir any suggestions please.
