Hi doctor, I have been diagnosed with mild left ventricular hypertrophy during 2d echo test. Is this reversible condition if i control my bp by 120/80?

I have bronchial asthma treated with seroflo 250 but from last month I have a heart palpitations when climbing on stairs or Does any hard work, is this serious or due to inhalation of rotacaps or want to visit cardiologist? Please help me.

Hi, I measure my pulse rate from oximeter and at rest it is in between 95 and 100 while at normal walking it goes upto 120. Is it normal? I had done ECG and 2D echo 2 months back and they were normal. Please help Thanks

My name is Naresh age 33, August 4th 2022 i got a chest pain and palpitations, before 4years back i have mild chest pain that time i was ignored, this time  i want to hospital near me, doctor done ECG my heart rate was 200 and after done ECG within few seconds it is automatically stopped, doctor monitored 24hours in ICU for monitoring heart rate and done 2deco,TMT,ECG,lepid profil test results was all are Normal, doctor Diagnosed "SVT" doctor suggested EPS+RFA treatment. Please suggest me is it 100%curable or not, and what are the side effects after EPS+RFA ?

Since past 3 months I am noticing slight heaviness in my left side of chest. Whenever I bend down I can feel that heaviness but it goes immediately when I get up . Also now a days I can feel heaviness at same point when I try to cough. 2 months ago I have consulted one of the cardiovascular in Lilavati Hospital and he asked me to go for ECG,stress test,and few more blood test. My all reports were normal and he asked me not to worry and asked me to join the gym and do some physical activity since the I am doing some physical activity at home without any issue but heaviness is still present at same point on my left side of chest ..sometime I get panic attack thinking that I may die because only I know what is going on inside my body ...if i explain you properly whenever I take a deep breath I can feel that heaviness also when I cough I feel the samething ..because of this panic my cough get worse and stress level increases and it is getting worsen day by day but I can do my regular activ

Hello doc, I had taken multivitamin tablet ( Health ok) around 4 to 4 15 PM. After that I forgot that I had taken tablet and within 15 to 20 min I taken soft drink ( Thumps up) and some salted potato chips. When I walking I felt mild shortness of breathe, uneasy feeling, upper back pain, burping and something in throat. I didn't felt any chest pain. I use to do regularly aerobic exercises and I didn't felt chest pain during exertion except heartbeat. Whats the problem doctor ?? Is this due to caffeine soft drink mixed up with multivitamin or is anything related to heart??? Is ecg required ? For you concern I had done tmt echo 2 years back due to pain in costochondritis area everything normal and in between echos and ecgs are normal. Please help and suggest. Thank you.

My father recently had chest pain with restlessness, and this is happening since last 3-4 years , he is hypertensive and pre diabetic as well. He underwent some tests yesterday and doctors are suggesting for angiography or angioplasty, I am scared , either I shud do this or not, plz suggest me the best , if I shud do it now or later plzz...??

Please check the ECG report . My father is 62 YO and is hypertensive for last 15 years . His BP is currently 130/80 and pulse 73 . He is not having any major symptoms except fatigue. I am really worried. What to do ?
