I'm experiencing the chest pain with left arm pain often in the past eight months. I want to know the exact reason

My dad is 51 years old, in march 2021 he was diagnosed with high cholestrol Hdl : 247 , ldl :168 He was given statins for a duration. Last week he got tested again and still has same cholestrol level Hdl : 247 ldl : 170 What could be the reason?

I have always been active and playing sports like swimming and football all my life. With few years of less physical activity in between. My resting heart rate while laying down in day stays 54-56 and at night it is around 48-47 even. Still i have anxiety that my heart will stop or i might get heart attack working out. My echo and ecg were normal but doctor gave me anxiety medicine. Should i continue my exercise without worry. I fear my anxiety for health will cause actual health problem

My wife is 36 years old , with a non obese condition. Her blood report shows following condition. 1. HbA1c : 4.9 2. Sugar fasting:94 3.LDL: 133 4. HDL : 40 5. VLDL: 29 6. Triglycerides: 145 Rdw-sd :53 Rdw-cv :13.9% DL Does she require any medications to lower cholesterol like statins or it can be managed by life style changes

I underwent some test , I am attaching my tmt reports, please go through the report and tell me if it is normal or not. Chest xray- normal , ecg - normal, 2d echo - normal. I feel uncomfortable sometimes and very mild pinpoint chest pain . Sometimes shoulder discomfort. Please after carefully analyzing tmt report tell me do I need further test or I don't have heart related issues.

Have chest pain at far end of both right left side, ECG normal, bp at 140, ultrasound of abdomen normal, feel burning after eating and pain on lying down, feeling annoyed as tests come normal

I am having pain in side and below left chest and my upper back is feeling cold with heartburn is it related to heart I have ecg 1 month before It was normal

Pgtca was done in 2009 Previously Following medicine was taking Amtas m25 Ambulax FM Ecosprine av 75 From 2017 New cardiologist has advised to take following medicine. Metolar xr 25.  In morning Ecosprine av75. In night Because he told that he is replacing two medicine into one. Since 2017 I am taking above two medicines. Kindly let me know what is the right time of taking Metolar xr 25 because some people has confused me to take Metolar xr 25 in night.

I have stabbing pain in left hand and left chest since morning and yesterday night I vomit. Yesterday night I had fever. And I have stabbing pain since 1-2 months.
