My que is I have started tobacco since 2 years now I chew more and more and since 1 year I noticed that my bp rise suddenly but my systolic bp are in normal range 120 to 140 but my diastolic bp rise to 100 and always remains 90 I'm taking anti depressant paxep cr 25 mg twice a day and cloze 0.25 thrice a day and for bp I'm taking lodoz 5 mg since 2 year and now my dr started migrabeta tr 40 with lodoz 5 but today I wake up and take tobacco then after I checked my bp it shows 133/96 then I re check then 124/94 so my que is systolic are normal but why my diastolic bp rise always I feel dizzy to with feeling cold hand and fast breath that time so I sleep then after 15 20 min my bp goes to normal range 120/80

My father had an ECG test along with a normal full body checkup. Other reports are still awaited. Please review the ecg report and tell me is it normal or something to worry about. My father is on medication for high bp.

Want to get opinion about the ECGs taken for my mother. It says abnormal T wave in avR, avL, avF, V4,V5,V6

I have had cholesterol issues since my 40s but initially i managed it with statin and lately i have been managing it through diet and lifestyle and was successfully in managing it except last 6 months my triglycerides skyrocketed out of nowhere to 400 again took statin and fenaftibrate and cholesterol ldl last i checked was 230+ triglycerides below 180 and i have never had a ecg echo or any of the advance test except had a stress treadmill that too 15 years back , from last two years after second wave i have started yo feel weak not too much though , i want to consult a cardiologist should i get some advance heart health tests done beforehand for the ease of consultation i might have blood pressure issue too , never checked it regularly but whenever someone took the reading it was always above 140/80 thats why i am a little worried and i have a desk job (sedentary lifestyle) , also none in my blood related family had heart issues yet

I have been taking beta anxit 20 and ciplar la 20 since March for my palpitation. Prior to it i have been taking etizola beta 0.25 for 9 months for the same. My doctor increase half dose of beta anxit 20 along with  beta anxit 20 ( in evening) and ciplar la 20 in month of June and wrote 2 months duration on prescription for all medicines. Can I take these medicine for 15-20 days more extended period. I have some personal issues and not able to go to clinic in exactly 2 months.

Hi doctor, My father underwent an ECG test today and the report mentioned mixed ecg and the technician handing out the report said 'LAD otherwise WNL'. I am attaching a snapshot of the ECG. Kindly review the same provide your advice of what is to be done next.

I often experience pain in my left arm and sometimes in left hand and tingling sensation when i am stressed up .And it is more on the days when i have slept late in the night. And at times the pain in hands is along with the pain on a particular area of my head (left side).

Hello, my mother aged 68 years has started taking telmipil am (40/5) (1-0-0) since last 40 days and when she started, at that time her bp was 170/80 and now after 40 days of taking the same, once again I checked her BP using omron machine and now also her BP is same only. So need to increase its dosage??? or need to to change the medicine??? kindly suggest best medicine to reduce her BP effectively... Also she is on AKT-4 and levofloxacin (500mg) since last 40 days for Lymph Node TB. Thank you in advance
