Chest I do ecg ecg is normal and done echo all report in echo is normal only mild dilated left ventricle I am taking paraxotine for anxiety and panic disorder from last 6 month I have done cholesterol cholesterol level is probably normal when I do excercise or running the pricking in chest will increase one would suggest treadmill stress can I go for treadmill stress test

I had had my echocardiography done two months back. It revealed that my left ventricle was dilated with LVEF=59%. What should I do. How serious is it? P.S- Currently I am on medications for treatment of anxiety disorder.

Since past 1 week I have chest heaviness and minor chest pain and it is happens for entire day...whenever I bend down and getup I feel some weird feeling and chest heaviness but I can do my regular activities without any issues.I can do running and breathing exercises without any issues...Same weird feeling I had 2 months ago as well at that time I consulted 1 of cardiologist in Lilavati Hospital. He asked me to go for lipid test, stress test ,liver test and few more blood test and my all test reports was normal at that time cardiologist said that all is well and the pain that I am having is of muscle pain which will go soon..after that I didn't have any pain or weird feeling for next 2 months but again it started since past 1 week...I am scared about this activity at the same time I have anxiety and fear as well...can anyone please guide me what I need to do in such case

Hello Doctor's, I have visited cardiologist (Mar 2022) for chest tightness and upper back pain, he askd me to take some test like, ecg, 2d echo, tmt, chest x ray and lipid profile test. Everything comes out normal except borderline cholestrol and BP. Taking bp tablet prolomet xl 25 ml for 2 times a day. Low in Vitamin D3 taking D Rise 60K weekly for 8 weeks, 5 weeks completed. I am having upper back pain and chest tightness with middle sternum pain for all most all the time. Will the previous test is enough or I have to repeat the same test (2d echo and tmt). Bcum very much anxious now a days all the time thinking of heart attack, checking google for all the symptoms. Continously discussing about health issues and symptoms to all. Selfly chkng pulse rate all the time. Don't know why I am not able to convince or compromise myself after negative cardio test reports. Slowly loosing interest in everything. Pls suggest wat and how to proceed further to resolve the issue.

Hello doctors, 1.5 years before 1 experienced heart palpitations (heart beat so fast). That was the 1st incident in my life.. After that i felt 4-5 times in the span of 6 months.. only heart beat so fast no other symptoms.. Every time happened this i took ecg, echo, Tmt, chest xray, and all reports were normal.. But i could not believe the reports, the fear of heart attached occupy me. I took 4 ecg, 2 echo, 2 tmt, 2 chest xray, 1 thyroid, all report were normal. The last episode happened to me was jun 14 2022, i took ecg and it's normal.. Even repeated tests came normal, i could not overcome from the fear.. i always think something happened to me. So please advice What is the problem to me? What should i do?? Should i go for any other tests? I ccan't live happily.. please help me doctor..

Sir I'm using concor5mg tab sir in the morning bp isin normal but evening 140/90 is showing. Sir my all blood and ct angiography all kind of are perfect normal. So can I use concor 10mg Sir .
