Left side chest and shoulder pain

Asked for Male, 42 Years

Hi, I am suffering from chest and shoulder pain since 2 years. I did conventional coronary angiogram in the month of March, 2022 and it was normal. Yesterday I did Stress test and it was positive with Ischemia noted in Inferior-lateral wall. The 2D Echo was normal. Please find the attached reports.

Micro vascular dysfunction can cause a positive TMT . As your conventional Angio was normal , no need to worry . U can do a lifestyle modification and repeat the TMT after 3 months and if still positive u may have to repeat the Angio . If ur on statin and a blood thinner continue it orelse u need to start it
