* Structure of Valves: Bellowing of AML. Other cardiac valves are normal.
* RWMA: No RWMA.
* LVEF: 60% RVEF: (By TAPSE): Normal (1.9)
* IVC: 0.7 cm > 50% collapsing on inspiration
* Diastolic function: E > A DT: 204 E/E':
Pulmonary venous flow: Normal
Color Doppler:
Flow Across Valve: Trace tricuspid regurgitation, Trace mitral regurgitation.
PASP (by TR jet): 16 + 5 = 21 mmHg
