I have current on the Lft rib that comes for 3-4 sec and goes away and chest discomfort alwas My echo tmt and holter are normal Doctor advice anxiety but i knw i dont have that Can anyone advice what can be done And if tou any advice's any doctor it will be great Any doctor's response will be highly appreciated

Hello today when I'm eating food i feel discomfort like my breath trapped I have to deeply inchlaing breath and till will not complete...then I went to Dr they just and give some treatment and then sleep for sometime now after wake up same symotom ...I don't know what's happening...even having too much yawing to complete breath...I don't know why it's happening ..it's like I have to take deep inchale i feel one breath is trapped if it comes all will be ok...kindly advise something...breath is normal but can't take deep breath it is stuck sumwhere...ECG shows sinus tachycardia...mostly my pulse rate high around 104 to 108 but today it was 130 to 140...

I am 29 year old and working as a banker ...... i have a lifestyle of just sitting and not doing any exercise from last 2-3 years ....... but recently I started outdoor walking every night after dinner for 2 km or half an hour ....... the problem is that in walking i never feel shortness of breath and i can walk normally but after that i feel weak only............ but whenever i climb 10 stairs i feel heavy breath and shortness of breath . Is this is a problem or my stamina is very low.

I have been having on and off breathlessness but my oxygen levels are intact at 97-98. I have had my ECG 4 days back and negative Troponin I level on 15th when I was rushed to emergency. I have been to ER many times with chest pains and rapid heartbeats but came up with only sinus tachycardia. My coronary angiography was done 5 months back which came normal and 2D echo was done a week back which was normal but for last 4-5 days I'm feeling on and off breathlessness and chest tightness and lightheadedness. I take metoprolol and olimsartan. Dr has also put me on opiprimol and clonzaplam. Cab these anti depressant cause lightheadedness? My BP today was around 113/75 and normal HR of 75. Is there something still missing in Cardiac evaluation which is causing these symptoms?

I am 20 years old male. I had high blood pressure since I was 13. Then it was 130/80 and whej I turned 18,it rose to 160/110. I started taking medicines,then over the course of time, my general physician reduced the dosage very much. But as of today I checked at a hospital,that my BP is 140/80. I have to catch a flight just after 5 days. So I wanted to know if it is safe with this BP to fly on a plane. Please tell me.

Hi, My heart beat when I sitting below 85 and lay down below 65 to 80.when i Standing up my heart beat goes 105, afternoon some time it reach to 85 and again it went 95 to 105.pleae let us know any issue. Which tests need to perform .
